About Us

Lynne Morris first joined NALGO in 1979 and in the following year became a steward.

She has been a member of three branches in the North West and held a branch position in all three.  During her 25 years of lay activity, she held various Regional positions in the lay structures, including Chair of the Regional Committee, Chair of the Women's Committee and Deputy Regional Convenor.  In March 2002 Lynne was elected as the Vice Chair of the North West TUC, a position she still holds today.
 

Lynne joined the full time staff in June 2006 as Operational Manager (Development).  In 2009 Lynne moved to become the Regional Manager for the Cheshire and Merseyside Team.
