Workers' Memorial Day, 28th April every year
Please note on Saturday, the 28th April 2012 at various locations in the North West region, UNISON members and activist will come together with other unions and organisations to remember all those who have lost their lives or have been injured in worked related incidents. The events are organised to also raise awareness that health and safety regulations in workplaces saves lives and prevent injury. “Remember the Dead and Campaign for the Living” Further details will be issued nearer the date.
