Learning Partners

• TULIP is a project network of 14 partners funded under the Leonardo strand of the European Socrates Programme. It was launched in December 2007 to facilitate the exchange and transfer of models of cooperation between Trade Unions and Universities in the delivery of work based lifelong learning (WLLL) to Trade Union members/employees.
