Tackling Racism in the workplace

This is a follow on course for all stewards who have completed the organising steward course. Participants will be able to recognise racism at work and be able to challenge workers and employer representatives to help eradicate racist behaviour. Participants will understand the concept of institutional racism and be able to liaise with their branch negotiating teams to improve the way in which work is carried out helping to lessen racism.
