Branch Secretary Development Programme
Newly elected Branch secretaries can opt to join the accredited Branch Secretary Development Programme which includes:
- 12 days face to face training over 12-24 months (initial basic training followed by 4 complimentary ‘core modules’)
- 2 one to one discussions with a mentor to develop a bespoke programme tailored to meet individual needs
- 2 group reflection sessions – to share good practice
Participants will build a comprehensive portfolio of evidenced learning at level 3
