This is a one day course for branch officers who whilst not official 'users' of the system - need to know about how the system can be used to map workplaces locate reps and give useful reports about membership patterns - to assist with the organising initiatives in the branch

This is a six day programme for those who are to became regular users of the system
All the courses run from 9.30-4.30 each day at the IT training Centre at Arena Point UNISON's regional centre in Manchester
