Representation Skills 1 : Dealing With Members’ Problems

Over two days participants with work through the process of dealing with cases - finding out the facts, analysing and preparing the case, presenting the case. There are both information and practice sessions. Participants should be active members would have already taken the Organising Steward or the Health and Safety Starter courses.

In addition a member of the regional casework team will visit the course to clarify procedures and protocols for handling cases in the North West.
