Organising Steward

If you are a new UNISON steward, this three-day introduction covers your organising role and your representative role as a UNISON steward. It’s the first course you should take and leads to ERA certification. ERA stands for Employment Relations Act, your Branch Education Coordinator has more information.

In addition a member of the regional casework team will visit the course to clarify procedures and protocols for handling cases in the North West.
