If you're an experienced steward or branch officer but haven’t taken training in the last four years – then there’s a lot about UNISON you probably don’t know - Handling case preparation and management, Discovering new organising techniques and Legal updates. UNISON needs frontline reps that are knowledgeable, efficient and up to date - if you've been around awhile you may need a refresher! Contact your regional officer, your branch education co-ordinator or the branch secretary to get One Step Ahead going in your branch.
