Mentoring - Developing and Supporting new Workplace Reps

This three day course is for ERA certified reps and branch officers, particularly Secretaries and Education Coordinators who would like to know more about the following

• Understand the difference between mentoring and coaching in UNISON
• Put in place a mentoring programme for stewards in their branch
• Bargain for more access to mentoring for members in the workplace
• Practice mentor skills
