Managing the Branch

This is a two day course for experienced UNISON reps. Participants will be able to:

• Properly timetable branch events through the year in accordance with UNISON rules.
• Re-design all branch activities including relationships with the employer, our members and potential members to incorporate organising principles
• Understand and apply the principles of team work throughout Branch activity
