Learning Reps Course

This five day course is the first a new learning rep should take. Participants will learn about

• informal and formal learning pathways
• providers of education
• qualifications
• interview skills
• training need assessment methods
• certification as competent to accompany members at a disciplinary and grievance hearing in order to comply with Employment Relations Act 1999

The format of the course is one day a week for 5 weeks beginning on the following dates in 2011

• September  16th in Liverpool
• November 4th in Manchester

and in 2012

• 18 April in Manchester
• 12 September in Liverpool
