Equalities for Tutors and Discussion Leaders
Participants on this course must have already completed UNISON's Discussion Leaders course.
At this end of the course participants will be able to
- Understand the concepts of Prejudice, Discrimination and Oppression
- Identify experiences of discrimination in the workplace, within a UNISON learning event and in the world at large
- Challenge incidences of prejudice discrimination or oppression with a UNISON learning event
